Shine Bright Like A Diamond

I am obsessed with this nail polish!

DUH! I mean I'm obsessed with all nail polish but this one is special. ILNP Mega(S) has been on my need to have list forever and I finally got my hands on it! And guess what?! It's everything I ever dreamed of and more! <3

ILNP Mega(S) is an intenst linear holographic silver polish. It's sheer on the first coat build builds up nicely to completely opaque in three coats. The formula is so buttery smooth and, this being my first polish from ILNP ( I know shocking right?!) I have to say I'm super impressed.

This polish was just screaming for some diamond nail art because it's so insanely sparkly! So give it what it wants right?

I started with a  base of ILNP Mega(S) and when it dried I created the diamonds using various acrylic paints. I sealed everything in with a layer of Seche Vite and that was it!

Don't ever forget to always shine bright like diamonds <3

Simple Cool Dotticure

Ever create a refreshing mani? One that reminds you of splashing in the water on a hot summers day? Yeah.... this is it for me! I love this blue teal purple and black color combination it's so delicious and perfect for the sweet summertime.

I started off with a base of China Glaze Too Yacht To Handle and then created the dots using Wet n Wild Black Creme, China Glaze DJ Blew My Mind, and China Glaze PLUR-ple. I sealed everything in with some Seche Vite and that was it!

You really can never go wrong with a dotticure, there's so many different looks you can create with just one simple tool. It's also a great way to get some creative juice flowing if you've run into a nail art block because it's so easy and mindless and you can create stunning designs!

This look is no exception either, this color combination just screams summertime!

What do you guys think?

Neon Triangle Water Decals

Hump Daaaaaaaaaaaaay

Yeah baby we made it half way through the week!

We've been having some fantastic weather here in Massachusetts lately so it really had me itching to use neon anything, and I think these water decals from the Born Pretty Store and just perfect!

I started off with a base of ILNP Mega(S) ***I DIE***. When my base was dry I used neon triangle water decals from the Born Pretty Store and applied them randomly on each nail. I sealed it all in with some Seche Vite and that was it!

Honestly though.... holo and neon = what dreams are made of *.*

I really love this look and I love even more that it's super quick and easy to create, and relatively mess free!

What do you guys think?

Stamped Lace Nails

Hi guys!

I hope you're not tired of stamped nails because I just got this plate in from The Born Pretty Store and I am dying! It's a lace plate and every. single. design. is PERFECTION! I've always struggled trying to find the right lace pattern and this plate has 14 full nail designs along with 7 partial designs. Like I said, perfection.

I've used this plate:

To create this design and the image came out so crystal clear. I was very impressed and I'm so excited to try out all of the other designs on this plate.

For this design I started off with a base of Color Club Cosmic Fate. When it was dry I stamped over it using BPS Black Stamping Polish and the design circled above. I sealed everything in with a layer of Seche Vite and that's it!

I love how incredibly easy it is to create intricate, elegant, and beautiful designs with this plate. I really am quite impressed.

Twins Tuesday: Jelly Sandwich

ITSSSSSSSSSS TWINSIE TUESDAY!!

Whoops! I fell off the Twinsie Tuesday wagon and I feel terrible! I kept meaning to make up posts and do the challenges but my job always seemed to get in the way T.T But "know on wood" things seem to be settling down now and I think I'm slowly finding my rhythm again so Twinsie Tuesday should resume it's regular schedule here on my little blog :)

Anyways, the theme for today is Jelly Sandwich! I have to confess something, I've never actually done a jelly sandwich manicure X.X Shhhhhh I am a jelly sandwich virgin no more! I love this sweet and soft look, it's super subtle but isn't that what a jelly sandwich is about?!

I started off with a base of OPI Bubble Bath. When that was dry I added a layer of OPI Pirouette My Whistle and added another layer of OPI Bubble Bath over that. I sealed everything in with a  layer of Seche Vite and finished this design off with a quick coat of NYC Matte Me Crazy.

This is such a soft and feminine look and it has just enough visual intreset to keep us polish addicts entertained ;) I have to say I liked this design a lot more then I thought I would. It's opening up a whole new slew of polish combinatations and I can't wait to try them out!

What do you guys think? Don't forget to check out all of the other girls and see what they've come up with, I know I'm super excited to see all the jelly sandwiches ;)

Born Pretty Store Beach Stamping Plate Review

Hello my chickens!

I've got another super cool review for The Born Pretty Store to share with you guys today!

For those of you who don't know The Born Pretty Store is an online nail art supply store. Their prices are super low and the quality is superb. This is my first time testing their stamping plates and I have to say that I'm really impressed. The images are so crisp and even the thin lines like in this beach party design came out completely clear. I'll defintely be buying more of these babies! ;)

For this look I started off with a base of China Glaze Red-y To Rave. Then I applied a layer of TLLB Glow-Stly to give it some extra sparkle. Then I stamped over each nail using the seashell image and Essie Penny Talk. Then I stamped over just my middle nails with the beach party image and Born Pretty Store's Black Stamping polish (review coming soon and you don't want to miss it!) Finally I sealed it all in with some Seche Vite.

This look is so perfect for summer and heading off to the beach!
